HYDRO-NEON Basecoat is a Vibrant Colored paint that can be used with the hydrographic process.
The Green Neon is sprayed over a White basecoat, which will give it the vibrant effect you see in the pictures.
The Hydro-NEON is easy to spray just like other OHG basecoats, The paint will be ready to spray which will eliminate any waste by saving any paint you don't use, by pouring it back in to your can.
