HYDRO-GLO 2.0 Basecoat is a GLOW-IN-THE-DARK paint can be used with the hydrographic process. The Pearl Ivory Glow will look an ivory white color in the daylight and glow green at night, with a 15 minute charge it will glow for up to 15 hours!
